Dekzeilenplus — newly built factory

The story
Dekzeilenplus had just completed construction on a new-built factory and needed an accurate, navigable record of the finished space — both for internal use and to support a plan to sublet part of the facility.
We scanned the entire building with the Matterport Pro3 in a single session. The resulting model was used to generate as-built documentation directly from the 3D capture — accurate floor plans, dimensioned layouts and a walkable digital twin, replacing several days of manual measurement.
The digital twin has since been used to plan internal layout decisions and to show prospective subletting partners the facility remotely — no site visit needed to get serious interest.

About the client
DekzeilenPlus, part of ZwembadPlus B.V., manufactures premium swimming pool covers under the Blue Poolcovers brand. Founded and run by Frank Oude Elberink with over 25 years of expertise, the company produces everything in-house in their own factory.
Their clients include professional pool installers, holiday parks and recreation facilities across the Netherlands and beyond. The new factory represents a significant investment in production capacity.
